Mr. Leaves Server Group
Services Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the use of Mr. Leaves Server Group (MLSG) services provided by Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. It aims to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming environment while maintaining compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
2.1. "MLSG" refers to Mr. Leaves Server Group, the server services offered by Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc.

2.2. "User" refers to any individual or organization that uses MLSG services.
3.1. Users are expected to follow the preset scripts and guidelines established for MLSG servers.

3.2. Users must not attempt to access or modify any server functions beyond those provided by the preset scripts.

3.3. Users must not engage in any illegal activities, including hacking, cheating, or harassment, while using MLSG services.

3.4. Users should respect the privacy and rights of other users and refrain from any offensive or discriminatory behavior.
4.1. Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. will not collect or store personal information of users beyond what is necessary for the gaming experience.

4.2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own privacy while using MLSG services.

4.3. MLSG will take all necessary measures to protect user data and privacy, including encryption and secure storage.
5.1. Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information when subscribing to MLSG services.

5.2. Payments for server access will be processed through Stripe. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

5.3. Users authorize the automatic monthly billing of subscription fees using the payment information provided. Subscription fees will be processed on the specified billing date.
6.1. If users have any billing disputes or concerns, they should contact Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc.'s designated support email address (mlsg@mr-leaves.com) for resolution.

6.2. Users should refrain from initiating chargebacks or disputes with Stripe without first attempting to resolve the issue through communication with Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc.
7.1. Users can cancel their subscription to MLSG services at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7.2. Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. does not offer refunds for unused portions of subscription fees. Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of payment information. However, users are encouraged to review and comply with Stripe's security guidelines to protect their payment data.
If a payment fails to process due to expired or invalid payment information, Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. may suspend or terminate access to MLSG services until the payment issue is resolved.
Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to MLSG services for users who violate this policy or engage in disruptive or harmful behavior.
Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. may update this policy as needed. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of MLSG services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Users can contact Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. for questions, concerns, or to report violations of this policy at mlsg@mr-leaves.com.
13.1. In the event of a failed or stopped payment, Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. reserves the right to suspend access to MLSG services.

13.2. If a user's payment remains unresolved for a period of 5 days from the date of suspension, Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. will proceed to permanently delete the server files associated with the user's account. These files will not be recoverable, and all data will be lost.

13.3. If the user has repurposed the server for any other use, Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. will not be responsible for any data loss or damages.

13.4. If the user has repurposed the server for any other use, Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. reserves the right to delete the server files associated with the user's account without prior notice.

13.5. If the user has repurposed the server for any other use, Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. reserves the right to take legal action against the user.
14.1. Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. will make every effort to minimize downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

14.2. In the event of unexpected downtime or server issues, Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide updates to affected users.

14.3. Mr. Leaves Electronics and Networking Inc. will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from server downtime or maintenance.

14.4. For downtime compensation, we do not provide a service level agreement (SLA) for our services. But we will provide a compensation plan for the affected users.
15.1. If the server has been down for more than 6 hours, we will provide a 1-day compensation plan for the affected users.

15.2. If the server has been down for more than 12 hours, we will provide a 3-day compensation plan for the affected users.

15.3. If the server has been down for more than 24 hours, we will provide a 5-day compensation plan for the affected users.

15.4. If the server has been down for more than 48 hours, we will provide a 1-week compensation plan for the affected users.

15.5. If the server has been down for more than 72 hours, we will provide a 2-week compensation plan for the affected users.
By using MLSG services, users acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
